Where does the weather data come from?
All of the weather data comes directly from NOAA's National Weather Service. The only two products I use are their METARS and TAFs.
Why does forecasting not work for an airport?
A report will not show forecasts unless that airport is served by a NOAA Terminal Area Forecast.
Should I trust this weather data?
Not really. You would be a fool to make in-flight decisions based on my data or notifications. This site is designed to provide a user-friendly
way to access aviation weather data. Always use an official weather source before climbing into an airplane.
